VisioN is always-on for everyone — including Trial. Each paid tier sets a CAP on how many additional modules you can activate from the full catalog of thirteen (10 live today, 3 coming soon). Activate, deactivate, and rebalance any time from the in-app picker. Your tier sets the ceiling, not the bundle.

Stacking rules: top-up calls pool monthly (not per-room-per-day) and roll over up to 2× the bundle size. Bring-your-own AI key bypasses tier quotas entirely, so BYO users typically don't need a top-up. Top-up bundles will list in your in-app Billing page once Stripe wiring activates — same Coming Soon pattern as GenetiC / IpM / PurE Ai.
Trial users start with zero AI calls per room per day and earn cumulative capacity through logging streaks. A 7-day streak (3 logs/day) earns +1 AI call, 14 days adds another, 21 days adds two more — a Trial user accumulates up to 4 AI calls total. These earned calls don't reset; they sit in a personal pool until used. Paid tiers replace the streak earnings with a flat per-room-per-day allowance.
A unit of engagement above and beyond the streak system. Logging a lot earns 10pts, a production event 5, a transfer 8, an order 5, an inventory transaction 2. Points accumulate across your facility and determine your network visibility tier (Seed → Sprout → Canopy → Harvest).
Pro and up. Snap a whiteboard, plant label, sensor display, or dashboard screenshot — Vertex AI (gemini-2.5-flash) reads it and fills the active module's form. Per-card mode extracts a single row; whiteboard bulk import returns an editable review grid you can commit en masse. Quota is charged only on success — failed AI calls refund the tick. Trial and Plus see an upgrade CTA in place of the button.
Both run on the canonical crop-steering framework. Aroya-standard dryback is the primary driver (banded at <10% shallow / 10–20% balanced / 20–35% deep generative / >35% water-stress); per-plant runoff EC delta is the secondary; five cross-correlation rules combine them. K3B0 is the expert agronomic deep dive — every parameter assessed against phase-appropriate ranges, cross-parameter reasoning, corrective actions with target values + projected post-change dryback / runoff / steer band, and a Data Gaps section. R3DE is the concise green/yellow/red bottom-line with immediate setpoint actions. Both render rendered Markdown (headings, bold, lists, tables), available on Plus and up.
Every mutation across every module — Garden client orders, RacK inventory adjustments, KpU work orders, Harvest readiness assessments, Calendar event cancellations, SafE lot releases — writes a timestamped record to a single per-facility audit_log Firestore collection. The "📜 View Audit Log" button on every module opens the shared read-only KipSpreadsheet viewer over the same data, filterable by module, action, entity, or operator email, exportable to CSV/PDF/JSON. Available on every paid tier including Trial.
Per-module lot/strain reports (CSV, PDF, JSON, filterable by lot, strain, room, date) are available on every tier including Trial. The cross-module facility-wide lot report — every module's records for a single lot stitched into one document for managers, execs, suppliers, vendors — unlocks at Pro+ and above.
Your visibility tier stays, but your network feed weighting decays. On Trial, missing a day resets the streak counter — you'll need to rebuild to restore earned AI capacity. On paid tiers, your AI quota is fixed regardless of streaks.
Yes. Pro-rated immediately through Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Past-due invoices enter a grace period before access is restricted, and you'll receive branded email notification at every state transition.
Quota is per room per day and resets every 24 hours at facility-local midnight, not at the end of the month. Plus, Pro, and Pro+ get 1 AI call per room per day; LP Pro gets 2 per room per day; Enterprise is unlimited per contract. Add à-la-carte modules to expand which AI surfaces you can use, or upgrade tier to raise per-room throughput. The AI Top-Up Bundles (B0ost / PuLsE / SuRGE) — currently Coming Soon — will pool monthly calls on top of your tier allowance for operators who need short bursts above the daily ceiling.
Two jobs. First, they let you top up the monthly AI quota without changing tier — B0ost adds 30 calls / month, PuLsE adds 120, SuRGE adds 500. Top-up calls pool monthly (not capped per-room-per-day) and roll over up to 2× the bundle size. Second, each bundle extends the ExecutivE i i look-back window for historical analysis — 90 days on B0ost, 180 on PuLsE, 12 months on SuRGE. SuRGE additionally unlocks deep cross-module analytics (multi-cycle yield correlations, cross-room steering patterns, year-over-year burn-rate models). On Google Cloud (Firebase + Firestore) infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 certifications inherited from Google Cloud Platform. PIPEDA + GDPR-aligned data handling controls including encryption at rest, encryption in transit, soft-delete audit trails on destructive operations, and daily Firestore exports for disaster recovery. Canadian data residency migration is roadmapped as a prerequisite for LP Pro tier availability. Card data never touches KiP infrastructure — Stripe Checkout handles all PCI scope.
Native seed-to-sale platform integration is on the post-launch roadmap (estimated months 3–6). At launch, KiP serves the Canadian market under PIPEDA and US-state markets under applicable state privacy regimes; GDPR-aligned controls cover EU customers. Regulatory seed-to-sale platform integrations are roadmapped alongside expansion.
